CAPP Community Kitchen Mural Installation

While I was working at the Community Action Partnership of Providence County, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Rhode Island reached out for their annual staff volunteer day. Around 40 volunteers visited our Broad Street location to help paint a mural in the food pantry, install shelving in the career closet, and build raised beds for our senior program in the back field. Their volunteer hours helped us to complete projects that were otherwise difficult to prioritize amidst busy days working with our clients.
