2022
Community Action Partnership of Providence County


As the Director of Communication at CAPP, I brought the department up to 2022 design standards by developing a clear and consistent visual identity and communication strategy.

Upon entering the agency, there were no established skeletons of communications organization or  timing. This meant that important work went uncollected or was lost. In order to grow and track the development of the process I began by assessing the communications structures and potentials. I walked my desired outcomes back by determining achievable tasks such as implementing the visual identity and focusing on social media as an informational resource in itself.

This work led to a cumulative social media growth of 398%, increasing both our following and post impacts. 





Mockups
These mockups bring together content from different areas of the communication department. They work to demonstrate a consistent visual identity.
